I recently stayed at Abbey Lodge for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the town center and close to public transportation. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable with all the necessary amenities like tea and coffee, toiletries, and a hair dryer. The staff provided a warm and friendly welcome, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. a great place to stay in Galway.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

We had an amazing Christmas at this B&B! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the showers were always hot, which was perfect after a day exploring the city. The location couldn't have been better, as we were just a short walk away from all the main attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. One thing we really enjoyed was the delicious breakfast they served every morning, it really set us up for the day ahead.
The only slight downside was that our room felt a bit outdated, with some visible wear and tear. The shower pressure was also a bit on the low side, but it wasn't a major issue.

Comfy bed, small but well laid out room. Lovely & helpful host. Next to Sportsground stadium, 5-10 min walk to coach station.

Good location at about 5/10 mns from the city centre and the coach station. People from the b&b very welcoming and helpful. Good value for money. // Etablissement bien situé à environ 5/10 mns du centre ville et de la gare routière. Gérants du b&b très accueilllants et serviables. Bon rapport qualité prix.
Nothing in the bathroom to put your things. Noise from the road that goes past the b&B. // Rien ne permet de poser ses affaires dans la salle de bain. Bruit venant de la route qui passe devant le b&B.

The hotel had said that your credit card details for reservation purposes only and that you could pay cash on arrival. However, on arrival the payment had already been put on my card.

The room was very small for a double room. The bed took up the room. The room was not ready at 3pm when we called to book in.

The girl who took care of us was so sweet and helpful. She went out of her way to help us out which was great after a long frustrating day.
Small but clean rooms. The street out front was pretty loud, but much quieter if you keep the window closed. The location was okay...but kind of further away then I expected based on the description.

Joanne who looked after the b&b was very friendly and accomodating. The rooms were very comfortable and well maintained. The location is ok, a bit further out of the city but still walkable. It is on a main road into Galway so relatively easy to get to.

B&B staff was very friendly and helpful
The single room that I got was a bit small, but if you are there just to sleep, you don't need much space anyway.
